Hello World

DECLARATION

It will be gone, and you’ve put up no fight, you’ve left no mark. The wheel of time moves on and on and you, yee of little faith, will watch as the world moves on without a single thought or acknowledgment of what you did in this world.

As I write this I remember how I would write in my journal in my early twenties, and how the words would flow effortlessly on to the page becoming grand expressions of emotion and thought. Today I feel slow, dull – the world has had it’s way with me. I’ve let my mind become calcified, I’ve let my body become weak. I am currently a vessal for passive experience and each day arrives and passes without any semblance of ORDER or WILL exerted on my reality. DISCIPLINE will be my way out, I will ruthlessly apply order upon my being until I am a MAN who is able to have respect for my own body, mind and soul. God has given me the GIFT of life and has shown me great mercy. I will have respect for my creation and creator. I will climb my way out of the filth that is the promise of the modern world. I will become a man who overcomes addiction, a man who has mastery over his mind and body, a man that has ZERO patience for whining or apathy. SEIZE THE DAY OR PERISH LIKE A DOG.

“The History of each Day. What is it that constitutes the history of each day for you? Look at your habits of which it consists: are they the product of numberless little acts of cowardice and laziness, or of your bravery and inventive reason?”

-Friedrich Nietzsche

The birth of civilization rested on the ability to properly organize thought. Written language provides the necessary framework for this organization and is perhaps the single most important development in our progress as an “enlightened” species. Reading expands the mind and when we read it could be described as an affirmation in the ability of man to think beyond the mundane and to elevate his consciousness to great heights. Look at the masses and ask if they are capable of dreaming. We are the latest generation of men given the flame of civilization and it will be those that honor the great deeds of men in the past that will ascend out of the filth and putridity that is so pervasive today. Let us read, lest we join the hordes of RETARD man-children we have the displeasure of sharing this world with.

THE LIST

FIRST BOOK

The Old Man and The Sea – Ernest Hemingway

An excellent introduction to what hopefully becomes the start of something longstanding and beneficial for all involved. The book is short, which leaves plenty of time to procure a physical copy if wanted. I will also provide download links below to pdf and epub versions of the book. I will be setting up a discord server to host a brief discussion on the first of April and encourage writing down one thought (or more) for each chapter of the book to aid in getting a dialogue going. I will send an invite link after setting up the server sometime next week.

SECOND BOOK

Storm of Steel – Ernst Jünger

Ernst Jünger’s Storm of Steel is a vivid memoir of his experiences as a German soldier during World War I. Through unflinching descriptions of trench warfare, camaraderie, and the brutality of battle, Jünger offers a raw and complex portrayal of war—neither glorifying nor condemning it. A landmark account, the book captures the human toll and intensity of one of history’s most devastating conflicts.
